1

Delivered orders

Gift links are digital and delivered immediately, so delivered orders can't be refunded or exchanged.

2

If we can't deliver

If an item can't be bought or delivered, you get a refund for that item. With an account, the amount goes back to your balance automatically and you'll see it in your balance history. For guest orders, contact support with your order number and a wallet address for the refund.

3

Underpaid or expired payments

If less than the invoice amount arrives, the order or top-up is held. Contact support and we'll either complete it once the difference is paid or refund what arrived, minus network fees.

4

Balance payouts

Unused balance can be paid out on request via support, minus network fees.

5

Expired gift links

Links that expire because they weren't claimed within about 47 hours are not refundable. Contact us anyway – we'll see what we can do.
