Terms of Service
The rules for buying from us. By placing an order or topping up your balance you agree to them.
The short version
- You get official discord.gift links and claim them on your own account.
- Claim your gift links within about 47 hours of delivery.
- Items we can't deliver are refunded – to your balance if you have an account.
- We never ask for your Discord login, token or password.
The service
Shop is an independent reseller of Discord Shop items: avatar decorations, profile effects, nameplates, frames and bundles. After payment we purchase the item and deliver it to you as an official discord.gift link. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Discord Inc.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed and charged in US dollars; other currencies are estimates. You pay with cryptocurrency through our payment processor, or with your account balance. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by the sender. An order counts as paid once the processor confirms the invoice amount or the amount is taken from your balance.
Account and balance
You can create an account to top up a balance and pay in one click. Your balance is store credit in US dollars: it can only be used in this shop, it does not earn interest and it cannot be transferred to other people.
Top-ups are credited after the payment processor confirms them. Promotional bonus credit (for example extra balance on larger top-ups) can only be spent in the shop and is never paid out. Unused paid-in balance can be paid out on request via support, minus network fees and any bonus already received. Keep your password safe – you are responsible for orders placed with your account.
Delivery
Orders are fulfilled automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Your gift links are shown on your order page and in your account. Discord gift links expire about 47 hours after delivery; claiming them in time is your responsibility.
Digital content and refunds
Gift links are digital content delivered immediately. By checking out you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the gift link has been delivered. Delivered orders are not refundable.
If we cannot deliver an item you paid for, you receive a refund for that item: automatically to your balance if you ordered with an account, otherwise via support. See Refunds.
Your responsibilities
Provide a working email address and redeem the links on a Discord account you control. Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel orders and freeze balances we reasonably believe to be abusive.
Availability and liability
The catalogue follows the Discord Shop and can change at any time. Discord may change, remove or restrict items independently of us. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions? Contact us via the support link below.
